    2016 Civic Touring Sedan
    If I remember right, it was just under 31k out the door.
    I put 5k down, monthly $461.55 payment. 0.99% apr over the entire 60months.

    Makes me think I should stop looking for a used 2016 and buy a left over new 2017 if i can get a price like that

    I don't know about Canada specifically, but last summer here in New York I was shopping for a 2017 and the difference in cost between a 2016 CPO and a new 2017 was like $2K (less than 10%). We didn't actually go through with the purchase so I don't know how much the price would have changed with negotiation, but on those initial numbers I'd say it's hardly worth considering the used model when there's that small a difference in price.
