Can a grille on an older tenth gen sedan fit on a 2019 sedan?

Asking because although the grilles look the same, procivic says that their high airflow grille only fits 2016-2018 sedans. I love the look of the grille and would love to have it on my car. Can someone help me out?

I recall reading in other threads that the 2019 has an updated front bumper design with a thicker center piece right behind the emblem on the grille, and therefore any grille for models older than 2019 will not fit on your 2019.
