Can’t flash ECU. Error message.

@KTuner I’ve had my car flashed for a few months now. I made some adjustments to a map I want to flash and I’ve been getting this error message when I attempt to do so. Has anyone seen this? Disconnecting and powering down hasn’t helped. Any help is appreciated.

Connect to the software so that the factory software can be setup properly. You may want to choose clear tunes on the device before doing so.

Cleared tunes and connected to my computer. This resolved my issue. Tune installed.
