So i just purchased a set of wheels for my 2018 civic hatchback. Anyone have that slight feeling of regret even if it’s just the tiniest bit. I’m excited to get them. But there just is that small feeling i shouldn’t have. Anyone else get this? and how did you get over it

Post a pic of the wheels you bought. After I see them I'll let you know if you should have any regrets.

I regret buying my wheels because they were cheap af and the quality shows. I just wanted something new and I was buying tires at the time so I said "why not" and threw in some cheap wheels. Maybe next time, I'll spring for some good wheels... maybe not.

The gray/silver hatch is just an example of what it looks like with them. So you could see it on the car.

Those lx wheels for me were just fugly when I saw them rolling on another car, this was when I had one. First thing after that was get new wheels and tires in a more preferred diameter.
Sound as if you don't have them yet? My apprehension was only with off set and spending money.
Have them on my SI now.

You should have no regrets. Great wheels. The 35 offset will give your hatch a better stance too.

Perfect size a 235 tire would be great, I had 225s in 18 with 40 offset and it had more room for more poke
Great. These wheels just stuck out and i loved the way they looked. I will probably post a picture once i get them on

It's a great set of wheels you chose! Although Avid.1 aren't "real wheels" they're a great cheaper alternative to the authentic set. My only regret is not getting a wider diameter, but I picked up the entire set used for $800 :)

Never had any issues with Avid.1's. I've been running them on my Civic's since my 8th gen. At least they aren't Rota's.

only time I regretted anything wheel and tire related was back when I had 18's on my 95 Civic some 15-19 years ago and after the first set of tires wore out (which caught me by surprise because I didn't pay close enough attention to things back then and had some alignment issues) I had to get whatever was available at the local tire shop which where some shitty like Nankang or something like that tire and the worst part was they where a size large (I was running 215/35/18 and these where like 225/40/18 or something like that), they had massively more sidewall which made my rims look smaller and I had to raise my coilovers because the fenders where cutting into the tires and even then they where NOISY AF, like the Firestone FT140's that came on my 2016 EX-T are.
