Nice. I tried the Konig Oversteer wheels but they didn't fit well over the caliper. I'm running 3mm spacers with these. (Ultraform)

Nice. As far as I know that makes two of us.

I think I asked a while ago but was now wondering how you like the Firestone Indy's so far vs the OEM Conti's? Now that you have had them for a bit, thanks.

I actually never drove on the OEM tires. Big fan of the Firehawks through.

I’m getting Firehawk Indy 500’s for my summer/autocross setup. Was thinking about going up a step to the Bridgestone Potenza line but I don’t think the gains are significant over the firehawks.

My roomie from college engineers tires for Bridgestone/Firestone which is the reason I’m staying with them. Stoked for the employee discount when I go to buy :headbang:

Employee discount? I'd take advantage and for the RE-71R if you are serious about autocross. I've ran similar tires before and the Firestones are not as sticky. They are going to last longer though. Always a compromise.

Yeah. Best friend got a job from Bridgestone America designing the tires when he got out of college. Let’s me use his employee discount card. Which means I can get the tires at manufacturing cost rather then retail price. It’s pretty sick.

I’ll definitely take a look at those and see what the price differential is. I can’t imagine it’s more then 50-60 more a tire.
