My car has 2500 miles. Civic Sedan 2019 sport

In the morning when I start my car (parked outside) i warm it up for 5 mintues then head out. I notice that my brakes would make sounds when I'm releasing the brakes to back up my car. But throughout the day it doesn't make anymore sound. Is this normal?

Are you referring to the noise the parking brakes make when you release or activate them? That's normal

No, OP is referring to rust on the rotors that fades away within 3 seconds of braking in the morning. Rust is perfectly normal when it's raining or when water touches the rotors.

I always notice it on rainy days if my car is parked outside. Like others have said its normal and im sure it has no effect on the car other than making an unpleasant growl for a couple of seconds.

I hear the same thing in the morning when backing out my Civic HB ST. It goes away after a few minutes. It is especially noticeable when slowing applying or releasing the break when reversing out of my garage.
