It appears to just be a replacement part for something you already have. It still recircs. Probably no audible difference, although some aftermarket ones do add sound... but is probably just visual difference (and probably better build quality). Although it is not recommended, if you really want the sound, here's the blowoff valve...

It states that it “makes cool noises” and that is a direct bolt on replacement for the rom bypass valve.

We all know that blow off valve isn’t recirculating so no point in even suggesting it.

The Type R version of this sounds completely stupid IMO. If this one sounds anything like that, it'll be a hard pass from me.

If you're considering a blowoff valve, read this thread. And honestly, if their BPV is as sketchy as their BOV, I would stick with factory. Read this entire thread before considering a blow off valve. Maybe someone will run some baseline logs and then with the BPV also like in this thread to see if it's even worth swapping....which, it probably isn't worth it.

I wish I could run something like a Tial QR on my car. I want something that's just a solid "PSHHH" like the stock one, but louder. Obviously not a BOV though, since that's a terrible idea for our cars.

Yeah it’s sounds like a waste of money! My intake makes the same noise lolll. I heard HKS is trying to work on something. Their even designing the standard “hks super sqv” for it.

I wanna get the PRL Cobra Race and TSP Stage 1 sometime soon. That should make the car more fun and allow me to hear the stock BPV a bit more.
