Does Honda sell OEM ones? I would like the best or good quality if possible.

Honda does not sell OEM ones in North America.

ebay is your best bet. I found an auction with bidding, listed at $35 USD.

I sent an offer for $27, and they declined, and sent a counter-offer for $34.
I then declined theirs, and re-offered $28, and they accepted. It's a bit longer for transit time but who cares, it's cheap.

Most items on ebay are in fact genuine OEM, but honestly, you don't need OEM parts for a piece of plastic the size of your thumb.
