Just like the title said I just tried to flash my car to factory and it's bricking the car. I have nothing I can do to make it run and KTuner support is closed because it's Sunday so I have to wait until tomorrow to contact them. Any advice?

Mod edit: Changed the title to remove the false negative claim. I'm sure it was not intentional, but can be damaging nevertheless.

Have you tried this?
Isn't it supposed to go into a "recovery" mode where you can upload the factory tune?

From an earlier thread...

"Turn everything off, unplug everything, and then re-connect / reboot. It should recognize that it's in recovery mode and prompt you for a flash back to stock. You can then re-attempt the flash at your convenience."
Also, how's your battery?...https://www.civicx.com/threads/help-ktuner-fail.29187/

Yeah my battery died just during a flash. Had to have my friend keep jumper cables on while we completed the flash.

Two words...
Battery Tender.

I run the tender for a few hours before flashing and keep it on while flashing.

Three more words...
Peace of mind.

Wow. Could not imagine the pucker factor the op experienced. Probably made a few diamonds. Glad they figured it out.

Took me 3 tries just to flash my car because of a weak battery
At Honda, anytime you update the ecu, it’s pretty common to leave a battery tender on the battery do that doesn’t happen.
