Planning to run wider offset wheels and tires that protrude slightly from the wheel wells at the bottom. Want to try to keep my paint/bodywork in as good of shape as possible. Not really a fan of mud flaps on sports cars. Are there any alternatives like subtle fender flares, side skirts, etc that people have used and can share a picture of?

I could see you maybe using something like this?

Very funny and certainty not subtle. I didn't have that in mind when I created the post.

Found this picture online. Was thinking something more camouflaged to the body color, but of similar design, fitted to the back of the wheel well arch to help conceal some of the poke.

Here is another idea I was thinking of - but cant stand the cheap fake CF and poor fit up look. Would be nice if it blended.

If you’re really driving in that much mud just get mudflaps

I taped my fenders when I did autox
Finally! someone gets it. Maybe just 3M paint protection film the entire exposed area of the car for a more permanent daily driver solution.
