Age Related Marks on Outside Trim

My brother's 2011 civic has a lot of age (or maybe sun) related splotches all over the trim along the outside of the windows & door frames. I noticed that there are now a few of them on my car as well. Is this just something that happens with these cars prematurely compered to others?

I am sure being outside without a garage does not help any of this but there is not much I can do about that at the moment.

Grab some pictures if you can, sounds like oxidation that may be fixed with a buff.
