Aftermarket Paddle Shifters

Any aftermarket paddle shifters out there? Universal or made specfically for our car? Stumbled upon these on ig earlier.

The ones you see pictured there are just fitted onto the factory ones being held on by a couple set-screws. You can find these all over eBay of different styles, but I'm not aware of anything that will totally replace them with something else.

I can see that the red paddles are overlayed on top of the OG paddles now. Thanks for pointing it out. I guess I'll just settle for those shifters for now.

I mean if you really wanted to you could vinyl wrap the paddles to match whatever you fasten on to them so they blend in together. I just never saw the big allure of having those giant paddles extending so far up.
