I can't say I have ever received the quality of customer service that I just experienced from Russell Garehan, at ACUITY.

He called me back right away, stayed on the phone as I trouble shooted, gave me advice and informed me of some products that will be released shortly.

Even after all that he emailed me with a direct contact line and gave me more ways to reach him if I needed anything else. Absolutely outstanding company.

They make some solid parts. We run the whole set-up in our shop SI and she shifts amazingly.

Russ reached out to me after I published a review on the Acuity site. I was impressed with that proactive approach to customer service. I wish more companies worked like this. Being in the customer service field myself, I am always sensitive to very good or very bad service. Thanks for a great experience!
