I want to lower my shift knob height down a bit. It is a bit high compared to the 8th civic.

Can anyone recommend any lower shift knobs or are they all about the same height?

i know my skunk2 i had it bottomed out and it was much lower than stock without using the lock nut that came with the knob. but the lower you put the knob the clunkier shifting feels.

ive since then put it way up close to stock using a set screw inside. ( pictures in my garage i think ) and its much smoother.. although im running boombas short shift and the skunk2 is pretty heavy

Razo WR spec leather shift knob is significantly lower. See my previous post on it.

Went with the Skunk2 knob. It was awesome seeing all the sweet examples!

Just put it in and the tops are interchangeable. At just over a pound it makes shifting a little easier with having both the Boomba short shifter plate and Sirimoto shifter kit. Sorry for the crappy pics.

You'd need to take off the old adapter and zip-tie the boot to this one.

Installed this Mugen knob today. Used a 10x1.5 boot adapter and installed it all in 10 minutes! Clean!
