I was going through my receipt from the dealer shop and noticed something was different this time.

I always ask for a full synthetic oil change. On the receipt, it says 5 of 500010330 00W20-BAS-L02DRM PENN PRO 0W20. This was the same as when I first initially did a synthetic blend oil change.
Last time when I visited for Full Synthetic Oil Change, the receipt said 5 of 550036541 Pennzoil Full Synth 0W20.

I ended up googling it, and says this 500010330 item is for a bulk oil that only goes to the dealership.
I'm concerned because after this oil change, engine got louder as if it has a conventional/regular oil inside the engine.

When I did the full synthetic oil change, the engine calmed down a lot and was more smoother than right now. At the moment I even have a problem that I hear very disturbing metal-trembling-like-hitting sound at exactly 1500rpm.
I'm not sure if this is because of the oil change but this is only what I can think of.

Anyways, does anyone know if 500010330 item code for Pennzoil is for a full synthetic oil?
