Anyone know of any issues? Would OEM lug nuts be fine? looking at some local 16 for winter rims.

If I still had mine, I'd be using them. Yup, use the OEM ball seat lug nuts. I can't imagine any clearance issues for us regular trim levels, either. You'll need fatter tires than the RSX came with, though; 215/55-16 is fine, and 205/55 or 205/60 would work, too.

There's 205/55/16 on the rim right now, would the 215/55/16 fit the rim fine?

I used to run 215-width Azenis on my RSX rims for autocrossing (215/45-16, I think, when they were on my EP3). I forget what width the rims are -- are they 6.5"? Checking a random 215/55-16 tire at Tire Rack, its specs suggest a rim width between 6" and 7.5", so they'll be fine.

205/55-16 would be good for winter, though, too. Once I got a third set of wheels, I moved the Azenis to them, and got winter tires on my RSX rims in a 195-width (stock tire width on my EP3 was 195 anyway). Worked great for the snow. Our 10th-gen Civics aren't much heavier than my EP3 was (barely a hundred-pound difference, if you can believe it), so I think the 205 tires will carry it just fine.

Agreed on the 205's but I just bought some 215 xi3's for a good price haha. They are 6.5, shouldn't be an issue. Thanks again for the help.

Have a spare set of wheels from my TL on the wife's Sport. Used her lug nuts, tires are the same size as mine with basically no change in overall height from her OEM 18s. 235/45/17 I'm 97% sure.

Edit: came out to the garage because it was bugging me, tire size is correct, 235/45/17. I guess that doesn't really help with your question about the RSX wheels though lol

I don't see why not. Same bolt pattern, same centerbore, tenth-gen EXes started at 16".
