Howdy all,

I just purchased my CTR (woot) and need to get some winters on it ASAP.

I'm looking at a used set of Sottozero3's (245/50/R18) mounted on BBS SR 18x8 +32 wheels, but i'm concerned if they'll fit without major rubbing. I don't believe the wheels will be an issue based on what i've read, but I'm afraid the aspect of that tire is a bit much.

Just curious to see if anybody could comment on fitment before I make the drive to check these out. Thanks!

If not lowered, you’ll fit fine. If lowered the offset is too much and will rub.

Tire size is wrong. You need narrower for winter traction not wider. Use 245/40/18 for perfect speedo. I’m using 245/40/18 Michelin X-Ice on Titan 7 T-R10 forged wheels size 18x9.5+45ET and lowered on Eibach Pro Kit with very good clearance.

See here for review of X-Ice winter tires:
