Oem honda part. It's a diffuser for center mount exhaust for a sedan 50$+ shipping. Decided to do suspension stuff before I spend money on a custom exhaust tip not ncluded..

Will this essentially let me convert my EX-T into a single exit exhaust? Or make it compatible with say the SI single exit exhausts?

You'd need custom piping because of the spare tire hump. You'd have to consult an exhaust shop I've seen it done though
