The dealership put nitrogen in your tires. Green cap identifies this.
yes this exactly. my CTR has the green caps and my Titan XD has them too. it's nice because the tire pressures don't fluctuate as much with the Nitrogen as they do with 'regular' air

If they're putting it in for free, go for it. I'd never pay for it...

As other has stated, the dealer put nitrogen in your tures. I bought my 2018 R and had the same thing. I bought my car 609 miles away so I can't take advantage of it but if I could I would have free nitrogen at anytime. Now the dealer I go to now does not offer it and has said that it doesn't make a difference. I most likely wouldn't pay for it but I have a local garage that fills up for free. You have a more stable air pressure if you drive hard but not sure I could justify this if I had to pay for it.

Its not so much that the tires are filled with Nitrogen, but far more that it is filled with a DRY gas,

Typically, air from a compressor with have a moisture (water) content, and its that moisture that cause your tire pressure to vary more with temperature, than dry gas,

If the AIR source has a dryer on it, then you will not notice the difference.

BTW: Costco will always top up your Nitrogen filled tires for free !!
