Don’t wanna take the credit for this because I didn’t post it on FB but a member did so figured I’d share on here. This is all I know so far. Idk what happened to the spy shots with different bumpers, grill and spoiler but they changed headlights to SI style.

    ewww wtf?
Those look like halogen DRL's with a projector(maybe LED). Lower the cost from having LED headlights?

Wow.. I'm really disappointed they changed the headlights. I know it's not a deal breaker, but I liked the 17/18 headlights much more than the Si/regular civic style ones.

    Thank you for posting this!
If those headlights were part of a lower trim R then I might of expected that but I see the red trim on the lower black skirt so I gotta assume it’s the full trim version. Didn’t see that coming...

Hooray for early adopters! Maybe! Although really, our headlights are nothing to write home about. I wonder if these are improved? Although I think the 2019 Civic's are showing the same LED headlights where appropriate.

Is that from the US or another country?

Where does it say that it's a 2019 brochure? And isn't this just for accessories only?

It was posted on the Type R Facebook page from a member and is from the states. They said it was listed and given to them from the upcoming 2019 model. Idk any other details. I’m just passing along the info. Accessories are always listed in brochures.

    Yikes no thanks!

I could see it as them saving a $50 from suppliers?

It must also mean there were other changes.

Maybe no cross drilled stock rotors (not that I’m a fan , much prefer slotted)?

Removal of rear red seat belts?

Or it could just be a bad render, and the marketing department messed up :)

If true, and there's no other significant changes, I'm going to try to get a 2018 before they're sold off. Love the jewel headlights

Anyone notice the black side mirrors? look like a cheap entry level model LX civic.
