Yes it is $23,500CAD which is really good deal imo. (Roughly $17,000USD)
If you go buy one new off the lot now, you will pay over $30,000CAD + tax on that price.
It's not for everyone and I understand that, but if someone wants to save a few bucks and get a nearly new car this is the way to go.

24k miles on it you could get a SI for around $22K USD. The title is rebuilt (depending on the damaged) it should reduce the price significantly. In my opinion 17k is a bit high.
