2018 Civic LX aftermarket Head Unit Problems

Hey, guys. Got all these parts at Best Buy and had them install it in my manual civic lx. The problem is, they said they weren’t able to get the steering wheel controls/reverse camera to work because the manual doesn’t have the necessary wires that the automatic has. You guys have any idea what they’re doing wrong or if it’s actually impossible?

Why did they use the CP2? lol the metra harness that you're using for the aftermarket radio is prewired for using their ASWC

I’m having trouble getting the steering wheel controls and backup camera working. Did you have to adjust any settings in the head unit to get it to work?
