2018 civic hatch sport 18x9.5 +38 with 235/40/18 will I rub on D2 lowering springs

Just as the title says will I rub on D2 Lowering springs on a 18x9.5 +38 running 235/40/18 tires?

May need to pull and roll your fenders a bit but I don't think you'll have any problems. That's the exact setup I'm in the process of ordering although I'm looking at a +30-35.

BUT I accounted for the d2 springs being the 1.7-1.9 drop on my si coupe. For you it'll be a 2" drop because it's the hatch. I still think it will be fine though.

I’m running D2 springs with 18x9.5 +23 work wheels wrapped in 255/35/18.I needed to roll and pull my fenders but no rubbing unless I have passengers in the car and hit big bumps.

I've been running it for more than a year and I have had no issues. You should be perfectly fine running this setup.

I did not have to roll/pull fenders or bend the fender tab and I'm not even close to rubbing
