2017 Honda Civic Si won't got into 5th or 6th Gear?? HELP!

My 2017 Honda Civic Si won't go into 5th or 6th gear... has anyone had this problem or know what I should do? Also my MPH gauge doesn't work... Any help would be great thank you!

Did anything happen to the car that could have caused this?

Can you provide more details on when the car won't go into 5th or 6th gear? Are you idling or driving? Also, how many miles have you logged?

The MPH gauge doesn't work? Did it just stop working today? Have you tried turning the car off and back on? Did you try disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes?
