I have seen all these camo picture of the 2017 Civic Type R.

    My question is:
-Why would it not look like the ROW (Rest of the World) Type R?
-Like the ones recently introduced in UK?
-Doesn't having multiple Type Rs looking different end up costing Honda more money in R&D?

just don't get it why not have that car in the USA.

    - The prototype posted recently is for the next generation Type R (let's call it the 2017 or 10th gen model), which will be a global car, so all markets (US and ROW) should only this model available
    - If the next Type R is global as expected then there won't be multiple Type Rs at the same time.

The ones recently introduced in the UK are on the current 9th generation platform. That will be discontinued once 2016/2017 rolls around and we have new Type Rs built on the Civic X platform. It should be minor differences at most in different markets, which as you note will save them money by not having to design and manufacture multiple versions.
