The Race version has the CARB tunes available but the unit itself is not CARB approved. The Flashpro CARB version actually includes a CARB exemption sticker.

Yes any 1.5 turbo. But, you having a '19 it may not be compatible for your car... yet.

I just got off the phone with hondata, they said they will be releasing the data for 19 within a week or two. But on the site they sell a flashpro for civics and a seperste one for an si
