12.5 at 108 on an off the shelf tune, that’s awesome! Making it really hard for me to stay away from flex fuel
dude, ethanol is fun. I did it on my cvt and damn what a difference. I cant imagine how fun it is on a 6MT or SI

Dallasjhawk, I'm kinda glad there are no ethanol gas stations around me as I would've done this a long time ago. I'd have to have it tuned to not utilize that big low end torque and kick in only above 5000rpm. Do you still have it on your CVT?

Still run it sometimes. Its now cool here in DFW so I may hit up a test n tune soon to see what I can lay down.

Looks like some guys in Thailand have the fastest FK7 & Non Si in the world. Crazy thing is, it's a CVT. Car apparently makes 280 WHP with 345 NM torque, which converts to 254 ft lbs. Details on the mods are fuzzy. Unless someone here knows Thai, pretty hard to make out due to the terrible built in translation.

Edit*
Mods
Besides the slicks, the car is on full E85. Has modified turbo (billet wheel). Full turbo back exhaust. Intercooler with piping, and custom short ram intake. Tuned on Hondata. I asked about any changes made to protect CVT, only thing mentioned was Redline synthetic oil. He also did mention some weight reduction.

any timeslip? almost makes me think its a 1000 ft track not full 1/4. I just cant see a mid 12s in a cvt but who knows.

No timeslip, but judging by the video, it's the same track used in the other videos out of Thailand, which is 402m long. Hard to believe, but the car is making 279 WHP, and the cars is on slicks. I'm pretty impressed.

I also think the car has an upgraded turbo based on other posts and pics from the OP. I'm trying to get more details on the mods.

Look at that intake. They replace the portion that attaches to the turbo itself. Ahhh...man. It's what I would've done. AND they made it a short ram. Not keen on how they may be directing cold air to it but this is very similar to what I want to do. You'd think that tubing would be HOT and the filter location is good but seems exposed to hot air. Nevertheless, that's a great time they got. In a CVT.......Grrrrrr...

13.91 @ 98 last night
Temp was 82 degrees
1.9 60ft!!!!!
Finally figured out the launch, and went from Previous best 2.3 down to the 1.9 over the course of last night!!!
If you don't mind me asking, what was it that you figured out about the launch? I need any and all ammo I can get since I plan on hitting the tracks this year. I didn't even go last year.

From Tuesday night:
Wow . I'm sure he could creep close to lower 12's if the tune was altered a bit. But, very respectable for an OTS tune. Impressive.

Same guy ended up getting a custom tune from Derek about a week ago. So we should be seeing more from him soon enough.

Ooh! That's the guy that made 284 whp? I saw that on his Instagram. Wasn't sure if it was the same guy or not.

Saw the other guy with a similar setup, but with the 27won turbo making 333 whp. I'm sure that thing could probably touch 11s.

Finally was able to break into the 13s ! Boost weather + banging gears = good times. For those wondering, yes this data is accurate, as the Dragy GPS Performance Meter has proven several times to be as good, if not better than a Vbox (what all the big magazines use to test performance) and spot on when compared to track times.

Mods:
Custom VitViper E30 E-tune on Ktuner, PRL Intercooler with piping, PRL Silicone Hose, AFe Dry Flow drop-in filter, Greddy Supreme SP Catback Exhaust. Made 237 WHP on dynojet.

Temps were 40 degrees. Back two tires are Michellin Pilot Sport 4s, front are stock Continental. Stock wheels, suspension, and mounts.

Idk man, i've never trusted an app for an accurate 1/4 time. Your numbers are odd to me. 237whp with a e30 blend seems low. People are making around 240~250whp with full bolt ons. Saw a guy tuned by Derek make like 280ish with full bolt ons and e30.
