You're using the wrong USB port. The one under the dash is 2.1A (i.e. fast charging). I get to 85% from 10% in under 30 minutes. Make sure you're using a correct cable too, many do not support the higher amperage. The crappy USB port. It's 2019, get me the USB port that can fast charge my phone, lol.
Sounds like an isolated issue, as no one else is reporting having this problem (myself included). Check that she is using an appropriate cable - all USB cables are not interchangeable as everyone seems to think. My wifes biggest complaint about the car is the USB port. Not charging her android at all!
But you can - I have a non-Si Touring Coupe that has AA.The fact that I couldn't get a sportier version with Android Auto that wasn't an Si
- Charging port works great, must be user errorcannot stand the charging port, lack of lumbar support, dimass head lights, CVT transmission "shifts",Oh and the Adaptive cruise control in certain instances has damn near almost killed me and the CCMB system registering cars that have moved to the left lane. ughhhhhhh
But it's not.......it should only be on when you have a passenger. Sounds like a defective light. The fact that the passenger airbag light is always on
I live in New Orleans, it has been in the 90's for a couple of months already, and it takes maybe 3-5 minutes to cool the car down. I don't use any sort of windshield shade or cover either, so if your car is taking this long I'd bring it in for a service check. I've owned the car almost 3 years now (2 full summers) and have had no issues like you describe. The AC on the Civic takes atleast 15-20 mins to cool.
Mine, if you touch the on screen volume, has a mute button. It's not as nice as a real one but it works. No mute button for sound system!
Actually I think I read somewhere it is just 1.5A, not 2.1A. Not sure why they would do that. You're using the wrong USB port. The one under the dash is 2.1A (i.e. fast charging). I get to 85% from 10% in under 30 minutes. Make sure you're using a correct cable too, many do not support the higher amperage.
The light is on with no passenger and turns off when there is one. That is how it was with both my civic's.But it's not.......it should only be on when you have a passenger. Sounds like a defective light.
I like it, I never have to use it with my Si. But I do miss a handbrake tho.I hate the electronic toggle for the e-brake!
Give me a good old fashioned manual pull lever!
1. I haven’t used a handbrake in 20 years.I hate the electronic toggle for the e-brake!
