1.5 T CVT: Low RPM at high speed while driving in D

Hello all, this morning while driving to work I was driving as usual when all of a sudden the RPM goes down to less than 1K while going at 30. I thought I put it on N by mistake but not. My whole way to work which is 15 min drive was like that. My 1st guess is because I had all this mod in my car (Intake, Catted DP and FP, intercooler, Cat-back Exhaust) without a tune are starting to affect the ECU. BTW, my car is a 16 Civic EX-T with 25K miles
(Check engine is for the O2 sensor I haven't deactivated yet)

I didn't because I was afraid of not responding to the gears when I turn it off since I was on my way to work. What I did was putting it on N and then put it back to D but it didnt work.
