Honestly just used a variety of screwdrivers to get at them. I'll admit it took a lot of patience and was a big pain. Eventually I got them loose though! If they're really stubborn on your car, you could always try and get a drill bit extension and see if you can get an angle with a drill to...
I had very very few issues when using my iPhone 6. Since using my iPhone 7 and taking recent Honda software patches, I've been experiencing significant CarPlay crashes mid drive.
I also upgraded to an iPhone 7 immediately and honestly didn't see many problems until very recently. A couple weeks ago I took my Civic in for it's B1 service and to get the VSA update to resolve the safety recall for the electronic parking break. Ever since getting that update, I frequently...
I have the side pieces only on my touring. I consciously only had them installed when I bought the car a year ago because I didn't like the look of the USDM front and rear pieces (on the light colored cars - think it's far better on the dark cars). I've considered getting the Australian/JDM...
Looks nice. Does anyone know of anyone in the community who has installed the modulo front lip along with the side underbody spoilers? I've considered doing these since I already have the US underbody spoilers.
Absolutely! Memory is cheap, as long as people post in the appropriate threads so they stay on topic (as you did), post away. The whole point of this community is about sharing our pride of ownership for the same vehicle and to learn from each other.
I honestly have been pretty happy with the touring speaker system, but I was also used to driving around with my stock audio on my '97 CR-V. Only issue I had was the deck rattle but that was easy enough to get rid of by installing Dynomat.
The side underbody spoilers are different for the sedan and coupe but are very similar. The bottom edges are the same while the top edge in the back of them are different since the sedan's has to account for the rear door in how it attaches.
Parked next to an Audi S5 yesterday with very similar fake grill plastic inserts in the front similar to ours.
Like someone else posted, the inserts have grown on me for sure. I thought they were a bit annoying when I first saw the car.
I have attached this "diffuser/skid plate" on my WOP touring and really like the way it looks - I feel the bit of chrome on it makes the overall look of the car a bit more complete with my chrome handles and the chrome grill up front. In case any of you are interested in a slightly different...
I thought I had edited my post a while back, but it seems that it didn't stick. Sorry, I typoed when I was posting - I have SunTek Carbon tint on mine, not the CXP level. Paid $240 for it. Not sure how much the shop I got it from charges for CXP grade but they do install it.
It's interesting you mention this, because when my civic was new and hardly anyone else had one on the road, the volt would always catch my eye at night from distance and I'd initially think it was a civic until I got closer.
This thread is fantastic! Haha, I hope you find your girl @MaximusBKK!
Even though I've had mine for about 8 months, I always find myself staring off at it when it's in eyeshot and I still get excited when I see fellow CivicXs on the road. I've had a couple head turns and acknowledgements. Had...
I saw someone parked outside my office with that foglight chrome trim from Amazon - it caught my eye because it fits differently than the ASEAN version (which is smaller). I think it looks the best on the touring to compliment the chrome door handles. If I didn't have the touring trim, I...
