is it necessary to re-torque the wheels after few miles (i.e. some says after 25 miles) you have done a tire rotation or wheel\tire swap?

I have 9,100 miles in 14 months.

I am trying to get a a set of snow tires & wheels for my hatch. I have spare set of wheels (size: 18x7, 46mm offset) and I am planning to buy a slightly used snow tires 215/45/18. any comments\suggestions?

Thanks for the DIY. Finally, at 7,074 miles, 15% I got MM warning light showed up. My car will a be a year on Feb 20th. This is the 1st time I will be following the MM. My other 3 cars, I normally do it every 3k miles. I'll be using Mobil 1 EP 0W-20 oil and M1-110A EP filter.
