Thank you! That makes more sense and I was not there when the Toyota dealer did the repair. I think the clerk who scheduled it was reading from an incorrect script because they did mention "removing the back seats".
My 2019 Civic EX VIN is included. Strange coincidence but my Mother in Law's 2019 Toyota Corolla had the same exact recall description for the fuel pump. Sounds like one manufacturer was used for fuel pumps.
The Toyota dealer replaced the fuel pump for free and one qualifier to get it done was...
This is exactly the noise my 2016 LX made and then June of 2017, the AC stopped working. Dealer replaced it under warranty.
My current 2019 EX makes the same exact noice when the A/C is on so that's going to be something to look forward to.
Interesting - We have a 2019 Civic EX with 19,000 miles on it thanks to the pandemic. Last year, we inherited a 2019 Toyota Corolla with 2,500 miles on it from a relative. Guess what was recalled for the same reason? The fuel pump with almost exactly the same description. Had it replaced at the...
You are so right, my dealer kept asking me to let them change the cabin and engine filter for the low, low price of $129.00.... I declined and asked them nicely to stop asking me. If you pay full retail for these filters they cost about $15.00 each and are so easy to replace on your own. I...
Lol, you seem to be very outspoken for someone who has no insight into why I lease as opposed to buying.
Why you would show ignorance of my finances by making definitive statements based on your preferences and your personal situation is beyond me. The good thing there is a difference...
So it turns out the 11,900 was their dealer buyout price. The car is listed at $13,215 dollars and it has 52, 106 miles on it. I drive a high number of miles which explains the high mileage. Here is the link to their web site with actual pictures of the vehicle. You'd have to come to Long...
But..................... I replaced it with a 2019 EX. All I can say is - I will never go back to the base model.. Additionally, the dealer where I leased the new EX bought my 2016 LX and already has it listed on their Web Site for $11,900.......correction: $13,200.
Car was in such perfect...
I just got mine back from the dealership and they replaced the Condenser and everything was covered under warranty. They definitely put in the new part because it is shiny and new as opposed to the other one which had weathered in the past 18 months.
Well isn't that a coincidence?
I turned my A/C on in my 2016 Civic and it was blowing cool air on the passenger vents but hot air on the drivers side.
Took it to the dealer yesterday and they found a small leak in the condenser so they covered it under warranty. The bad news: they had to...
Well, here is what just happened to me:
CIVIC LX. Pulled into gas station to fill up. Brake Hold was not in use.
I finish filling up, fasten seatbelt - start car and the Amber Brake light is on as well as the red Brake System light. Step on brake, put car in drive and it won't move.
Put...
I drove a Corolla prior to my 2013 CIVIC (Now I have a 2016 CIVIC) there is no comparison - the Corolla engine is so undersized and the car handles very poorly. Just my opinion but the Corolla was one of my least favorite cars.
