You have a downpipe and flex fuel kit? Allowed one "not ready" during the test? Clone the current tune, make it "ethanol compatible" but don't enable flex fuel or keep the disables. Get under the car, and swap the ECT2 and FF pigtails...

So your state doesn't allow any disables and you made mods that require a tune? If so, it would seem you need to revert some mods so the factory tune, or one without disables, can run well enough to have all the self-tests to run and show ready status.

Why do you need stock tune for inspection?

Apply the Stage-0 or Stage-1 OTS Tunes. You'll be bitten by the bug.
