  6. 2017 Honda Civic has an updated Infotainment System

I am not sure regarding the updates for GPS...however, as far as updates on the infotainment they would be provided under warranty if there is considered an "Issue" at hand. Often times you have to "Push" extremely hard to have the dealer install any update that is available. Or at least that...
  7. 2017 Honda Civic has an updated Infotainment System

Excellent question! From what I've experienced, it comes down to you having to take the vehicle into the dealership and the tech plugging into their system to check for any available updates. I also have never been provided with an update notification from the infotainment center itself or the...
  8. Premium gas gives 2-3 more horsepower in turbo models (confirmed by Honda rep)

Attached is a photo of the mileage I took. Slightly lower as I had a little fun driving over the weekend. When I get back up to the 40.8-41 I will take another picture for you if you require further proof..........

  10. Premium gas gives 2-3 more horsepower in turbo models (confirmed by Honda rep)

Arnold, I totally respect your opinion. I have done some testing with my car and have noted the following. When I use the regular 87 like the owners manual says I normally get about 40.1 MPG. However, when I switch to 89 Non-Ethanol brand I get about 40.8-41 MPG. Now, I have tested this over...

  12. When to: Oil Change!

Had to kill us old mechanics off Billy. LOL We just love the 3-5K mile interval changes. HEHE. Again, just a personal preference I knew there would be a wide variation of opinion with this inquiry. Same as if someone some run thicker oil......
  13. Review: Progress Technology 20.5mm Rear Sway Bar

Hope there isn't an issue with clunking over time....Progress RSBs had some issues with clunking on 2012-2013 Honda Civic Si's in the past. Hopefully, not in this design. With some miles on it, you should be able to tell if it will make any noise or not.
  14. When to: Oil Change!

You could possibly get several answers here...Honestly I change all my oil in my vehicles every 5,000miles with a tire rotation. Makes it easier for me to remember since I have to maintain so many. I normally do the tranny about every 15,000 miles. Now, some would say this is too soon and others...
  15. 1.5T civic downpipe

Of course I took it off and turned everything back to stock once I traded it in for the 2016 lol...
  16. 1.5T civic downpipe

RV6 makes great quality parts. I purchased one of their Catless DP's for my 2013 Si and never had any issues with it.
  17. Do Not Buy!
