I would not hold my breath on this getting resolved. My 2016 EX-L has been doing this since I bought it in Sept. 2016. It doesn't seem to do it as often. But, that could be because I don't drive it nearly as much as when it was new. During a thunderstorm while I'm driving, a flash of...
If it's really cold, and you use the Remote Start the fan speed on the heater is really high. Haven't found a way yet to limit this. Anyone know if it's possible to set the max fan speed for remote start?
The so-called Infotainment system in my 2016 EX-L is a POS. Worst I've ever had in all my 45+ years of driving. It consistently looses all presets. If there is lightning during a storm, it looses the station I'm on, and all presets. Just in daily driving it consistently looses the station...
I feel for everyone in Houston. I lived there in the 90's for 7 1/2 years and went through a major flood when the dicks in Conroe opened their dam up, so Lake Conroe wouldn't flood surrounding homes. Just about everyone in the Forest Cove neighborhood by Kingwood lost their homes. I read...
Tale of 2 dealers, and oil change pricing.
First dealer where I bought the car, charges $44 for synthetic blend and $84 for full synthetic. I also needed a new right rear tire because of a nail partly in the sidewall, which they did not stock. On goes the donut to get me to dealer 2.
Second...
Why is the Hatchback MPG so much worse then the Sedan? I have a 2016 EX-L Sedan, and am averaging 38+ MPG every tank. And this is with a 75 City/25 Hwy mix of driving. Sure glad I didn't get the Hatch if it's that bad.
Gotta say, another laugh from Honda. If they were smart, and want real sales of the Si it would have been better to have included the 2.0L turbo from the R in a de-tuned state. My 2002 GTI had as much HP/Torque as this, and that was almost 15 years ago, without the turbo.
Had red gauges on my 2002 GTI VR6 and loved them. Much better for keeping your night vision when traveling on the interstates in the middle of nowhere.
Seriously, take it to a different dealer already. Sure sounds like your dealer has no clue what they are doing. Just trying trial and error fixes. Really, there is nothing that complicated about this shift linkage.
You almost got it. Cold air is denser, so basically with that in mind it takes more fuel to get the correct air/fuel ratio an engine needs to run efficiently. Fuel mileage in all cars is reduced when the temps drop. That, plus the change in fuel formulation for winter to get the fuel to...
Agree 100%. Unless the car is used only for 'racing' purposes, it's quite illegal to drive on the road. Good luck passing inspection anywhere it's required. All this for a few horsepower?
Why not just get a car with more HP to begin with? Flame on.
