I'm not sure what the dealership did wrong in this case or as someone previously referenced what "fraud" was committed. Dealerships are in business to sell cars and ancillary products, and service them. The MSRP is simply a suggested retail price and dealers are free to charge what they want +/-...

The sticker was not from the OP - it was someone else replying and just showing how the Sensing Package would show up on the window sticker, regardless of actual trim level.

Unfortunately unless you have correspondence with the dealer or a sales contract that specifies you were buying a civic with sensing, it's going to be hard to prove they did anything wrong, especially 3-4 months after buying the car.

That's EX-L without sensing....$23,700 + $835 destination = $24,535 (check Honda website and build Civic...you'll see this pricing). How the heck did you arrive @ $32k if that was the final price? Did you have a trade-in that you owed more on than it was worth?

Do you have any paperwork or the window-sticker that indicated it had sensing? Do you recall what the MSRP was? If the MSRP was $24,535 that was regular EX-L; MSRP for EX-L with sensing would have been $25,535,
