As I mentioned, I didn't installed it, but I watched the shop guy did it, the factory foglights covers are mounted with screws from the inside of the bumper, just unscrew and install the new fogs cover, the foglights itself (at least mine) have a custom brackets that also screw in a metal part...

Drilling? My Led's shop did it and it was pretty straight forward, the worst part was removing the bumper...
