VSS stands for "Vehicle Speed Sensor". I think Honda calls it the VSP wire (for Vehicle Speed Pulse). The VSS will send a pulse signal based on the driveshaft's revolutions. It is not the same as in the ICs. Thanks

Does anyone know where to tap the VSS wire for the 10gen Civics? It is relevant to head unit replacements. I cannot find any info on the web. For Civics without the navigation units, it is not on the connector to the head unit. I'm interested in finding it for a 2017 LX manual transmission...
