How's it been for you so far? These St. Paul neighborhood roads have really emphasized the problem for me. Also, if you had someone replace it, where and how much was the whole ordeal?

I had the same issue. Can't offer much on getting replacements, but I went back to the dealer and they tried to say I hit something. They did the oil change and I told them screws don't just fall out. They replaced it for free. Good luck!
