Basically when in the maintenance section: press and hold enter for 10 seconds to get to reset mode.
Then pick and choose what to reset.

No, not really. The radar has no problem penetrating the plastic housing. The plastic is transparent to the radar.
It has to be.
The same with the cardboard, it is also transparent to the radar.
So no reflection.
However the contents of the cardboard box may reflect radar, passing back through...
