Mine's a 2016, but yeah, it was problematic. I got it replaced with an aftermarket from Safelite, and they complained a ton about recalibrating my safety package stuff, but they finally got it done, and this aftermarket one hasn't caused me a bit of trouble like the factory one has.

I went in for the parking break software update recall and asked if there was an update for the infotainment, and they said Honda was moving to a user installation model for them due to the costs. Don't know if it's truly or not, and I can't find it in writing anywhere, but that's what I was told.
The paint colors are rather nice for this model. Personally I favor Burgundy Night Pearl, probably because it is what I have. But it is hard to convince someone with pictures because it is such an in person color. I really enjoy how different it looks in different lighting or from different angles.
Considering the rate at which drunks get into cars anyway, I'm sure it's already happened. I'm on the fence as to whether or not the possible safer driving of moderate drunks is balanced or demolished by the possibility that blotto drunks who wouldn't have tried it before now will do so...
Like it's never worked, or just since the update to the system. What kind of phone do you have, do you have the latest version of the app, and have you rebooted the car system?
