Would having a quality paint job help prevent nicks and scratches? I’ve always wanted to buy a Civic and have it painted orange (a non-factory color).

I’ll probably just have it painted. As I stated, I plan to drive it until it dies, so resale value isn’t a factor. And, if vinyl has to be redone every 5 years or so, that’s another reason to just paint.

A Sedan with the LX trim will not have this feature will it?
