Then you're not a real enthusiast. Lol, of course they're needless mods, nobody needs to drive fast or be able to turn on a dime. Its about passion , and putting a smile on your face! I'm a technician, so I do side jobs on weekends and that cash is the only cash that goes into my car. Still have...
Hey guys! Pretty new to the whole modding world lol I've quickly discovered it's a deep dark hole ? anyways. I've got Skunk2 lowering springs, Eibach 25MM RSB, and 215/50/17 Toyo Proxes Sport. Had the RSB on the stiffer setting but I think it was too much for where the rest of the car is at. Set...
Just installed the 25mm bar today. Quick road test around the block on the stiffer setting was a bit too much oversteer, didn't give me the turning response I was looking for, so I switched it to the softer setting and now it's pretty great! Definitely a nice upgrade from stock ?! I'm on Toyo...

Haha I know it looks pretty dirty, but it's a '16 and oil sprayed yearly.. I can wipe that dirt away with my finger and have clean metal. ? Which is all I had to do to provide a welding surface
Hey everyone. Can't seem to find it anymore but I was reading a thread the other day talking about the CTR subframe brace, a few guys said they couldn't find the threaded holes.. and got bashed on lol lead me to feel confident they were there for sure. So I ordered one, got it up on the hoist...
Well I've ordered the 25mm Eibach bar yesterday, so I'll keep you posted on performance! And also yes I saw that whiteline bar, but it comes as a whole kit which is nice but very costly! I got the Eibach one for a very reasonable price imo
Now I'm not sure what bar this is obviously, as it was just an example from a video I found. But based on that cut out of the bar, I'm gonna assume they don't make their tubular bars extremely thin? Making the 25mm RSB for the type r a step up from the type r OE bar, as you said previously...
I am also wondering the same thing! Did you ever end up getting the bar? I actually just ordered one today.. found it at a great price, so went ahead with it. If you don't have it yet or haven't heard any feedback, I will let you know!
I'm assuming the type r bar from dealer is more expensive than aftermarket, Eibach or not. Lol also I'd think an Eibach Type R bar would be an upgrade for the Type R otherwise they wouldn't sell it. So I want the better one! Haha
Awesome thanks! Maybe one more testimony to this before I go ahead and order the Eibach Type R bar, it's 25mm tubular. Would have to order it and not fit for whatever reason! Lol
Can anyone confirm the Type R rear sway bar fits the base sedan? If so, would I be wrong to believe the Eibach Type R rear sway bar would also fit the base sedan? Thanks guy! ?
