It should not, but who knows. I would install the remaining one and see if that fixes the problem.

I meant centering rings have no effect on a wheel being mounted correctly, once you tighten the lug nuts, the wheel will center on the hub with or without a centering ring. :)

Re-do the one wheel that appeared loose and see if it helps. Centering rings are not needed for wheels being balanced.

I ran 0 toe in front, but a touch of toe out is like 1/16".

You need more camber in front, like -3.5 or so. Can also add a touch of toe out in front for a better turn in.

Quick bursts from an impact, don't overdo it. Make sure the rebound/compression adjuster is set in the middle when you do it. top nut tightening
