I am selling my '19 FK8 with just over 29k miles. Asking $38k as it sits with all extras (have all factory parts). I am the original owner on it, purchased with 8 miles on the odometer. Serviced every 5k at Jerry Damson Honda (now Shottenkirk) in Huntsville AL. Lowered on Spoon Sports springs...
Not the greatest picture but I'm running 265/35 on a 18 x 9.5 +38. Dropped on Spoons and it rubbed on the fender tabs before I bent them out of the way and it rubs just a tad on the rear flares on a HARD dip but I'm also running stock alignment specs.
@System Motorsports I'm running Rays 57CR in 18x9.5 +38 with a PS4S 265/35/18 and i've bent the front fender tab and everything seems to be fine with no rubbing. I'm going to be needing new tires in the next few thousand miles and was thinking about going to a 275/35 instead. I'm assuming i'd...
I'm running the exact same specs with the same tires as you. Dropped on Spoons with no aftermarket camber or toe adjustability. The front rubbed a bit on the fender liner mounting tabs but it's easy enough to just bend them out of the way and the rear rubs only just a bit when you hit a pretty...
i have Spoons. They are a GREAT daily spring. Feels very OEM+ without being bouncy. I'm 100% satisfied and am okay with the drop not being so low. Hasn't made me second guess myself and want to buy something else.
i've been using the Motorola MA1 since just after it released and it's almost flawless. You get a skip every once in a while while listening to Spotify or something like that but other than that and the fact that wireless CHEWS through battery it's PERFECT.
Mine developed a fair amount of excessive toe which is why i think mine wore on the inside so badly. I do believe factory specs are 0 toe which is actually what mine is at as of 2 days ago. I work at an Audi dealer and one of the techs checks my alignment like every 3-4k miles for peace of mind.
i got less than 10k out of my stock tires and so did about three other people i know. I actually consider people getting 15k or more abnormal because it means you're not driving the car the way it's supposed to be!
I actually just installed Hondata last week. I loaded the 93 basemap with improved throttle response and disabled rev hang. Make sure you enable the Hondata traction control.
I just installed Flashpro on my car and one of the reasons i wanted Hondata is that i heard you can calibrate your speedo to fix the error of moving to 18s. I searched the Hondata forum and can't find any info and am a bit nervous about just playing with the flashpro software without knowing...
Just got my Spoon springs installed today. I noticed the rear is a bit lower than the front and wonder if it's just the cut of the fenders or has anyone experienced settling?
I have a Yakima rack with a Yakima Highroad carrier. I've used this for a 4.5h trip and its as stable as can be. 10/10 would recommend lol. My roof is not wrapped or anything special. If you take your measurements and do everything the way Yakima says to it goes on pretty easy. In the summer...
