Sure, what time? Text me at 513-646-8120 for details of my location in Cincinnati. The wheel/tire combo with lugnuts etc., are sitting outside under cover, waiting to go to a new home.

Bump for new offer: FREE!!! Four wheel/tire combo. First person to haul these very servicable 4 RE71R's tires and 3 like-new wheels, and 1 slightly bent-but driveable- wheel, owns them.
Without being specific, he said that the Si motor could be tuned to make "almost" as much power as a stock R. He had raced both and preferred the Si. As I recall because it didn't have the cooling issues the R has.
I recently had a Honda pro-driver as an instructor (in my track day Miata) and he said the Si could be made almost as fast as the R (no overheating issues either). BTW: I found the thing dangling from the mirror and dancing all around so distracting I was unable to watch the video.
I watched the SavgeGeese review. A technical item they didn't mention is that this has an integrated roll cage. The dealer showed me parts of it that were exposed, esp in the rear clam area.
As absurd as it is to say, I also was surprised by the amount of rear storage, not counting the large...
One of my fav fantasy cars. I recently test drove a 2020 Evora GT. Wow!
Like yours, it takes engine cooling seriously, unlike the Type R. The entire front end is basically a massive heat exchanger.
I am not sure its all that much faster than a Type R, esp if the R is on wide race tires. But...
No regrets. The R may have been the best street car I ever owned, and that includes a then-new '08 BMW M3. But I already have some street cars, so I was looking for something more track oriented. And as has been well documented here, the R just collapses on track after a few laps and the $ of...
I traded my '19 R in on a new car last year with similar mileage. The dealer gave me almost what I paid for the R. I got a new car, that listed for more than what I paid for the R, plus $500 cash as the car I traded for was selling at a discount from list.
Kudos to you from where I sit too, Will. Based on your thread, I gave up on throwing more money at my R and sold it after 4 months of ownership. I bought a ‘19 Miata MX-5 as my mostly track car. It has been totally reliable, zero over heating issues, much easier on brakes, easy to add negative...
I have a set of 4 used Sparco wheels, 18x9, and a used set of Bridgestone RE71R tires, 265/35-18 for sale: $200.00 total for all 4 wheels and tires($1,900 new). Cash, in-person sale, no shipping, sorry.
One wheel is slightly bent. I saw this when the tire was flipped, and being balanced...
The August 2020 Road & Track also finally acknowledges the overheating issues of the Type R on a "hot track". Its review of the 2020 model says the slightly larger grill opening is "meant" to address that overheating issue. They describe that problem as of the few track issues they have had...
The Girodiscs and Winnmax pads have sold. The J's grill is available and, at this point, I WILL ship. Add $100 to the $400 cost to cover shipping via UPS (I paid $78 to have it shipped to me). So total cost is $500 + the 3% transaction fee PPal charges ($15), for a grand total of $515.
I tried...
