Got the car lowered today on Whiteline springs 265/35/18 +38
  2. Post your aftermarket wheel/tire set up

Gramlights as well. Just had these put on with 265/35/18 Sumitumo tires on stock suspension. You can’t tell but there is a wheel gap in the wheel well 🤣 It overall rides well. Happy with it.
  3. LogR Performance Data Recorder App launched for 2020 Civic Type R

I did see on the (Apple) App Store that someone left a review that they we’re able to operate the LogR on a CTR prior to 2020. Which gives me reason to believe it’s doable. Albeit the use was short lived(because they updated it for some ungodly reason), it leads me to think there are sensors...
  4. CTR injectors and fuel pump

Hey thanks for the info. :headbang:
  5. CTR injectors and fuel pump

Hey all, couldn’t find find anything from searching —- Anyone know the size of the stock injectors and the flow rate of the stock fuel pump for the Type R? Thanks
  6. Brilliant Sporty Blue Met vs Aegean Blue Met

Ohhh you know what, I never looked at it that way. How continents differ them. Thanks!
  7. 2018-2019 Fuel Pump Motor Recall

Same here, like I'm not "waiting" for a recall notice to come in the mail/email, but I don't prefer "waiting" for something to happen either. Sucks it's a waiting game for some of us.
  8. Brilliant Sporty Blue Met vs Aegean Blue Met

Is there a difference? Asking for a friend. ?
  9. What did you do to your Civic today? (II)

Got my car back from the dealership service. Warranty work up, had a bad 4th cylinder coil that made my RevMatch Error message and CEL go nuts. Coil in this car pretty sensitive . Deuces to all 10thGen Civics!
  10. Valve cover gasket leaking on '17 Type R

:headbang: Good luck there friend! Lots of vehicles affected.
  11. 2017 A/C Issue

I'm not an HVAC specialist, but I would think that's probably a thing. I don't review/research AC things much, however I would think that overtime perhaps if the system is not ran often(in the Winter) it would cause a problem. But I know we run our windshield defrosters in the winter, that...
  12. 2017 A/C Issue

I concur, this would be something a little out of the ordinary. If this were the case, I don't understand why they would not fill/pressurize the AC system full from the factory. Boggles my mind if transporting vehicles with a quarter filled system is a law.
  13. 2019 cw type r annoying a/c issue?

I would think it's the AUTO climate also. I usually just leave mine between 65-68F, strong at first then it quiets down for temp control.
  14. Valve cover gasket leaking on '17 Type R

UPDATE:: Got my car back. Dealership was quick to address it, luckily they had a gasket in stock. So far so good. No leaks. Will probably check back in 5k miles. Good luck to all who have to address this in the near future.
  15. Valve cover gasket leaking on '17 Type R

Behind the head, near firewall. They actually found more on the otherwise. This will definitely be a warranty job. The service advisors were Trollin hard asking me if I was sure I didn’t spill oil back there on purpose :innocent:
  16. Valve cover gasket leaking on '17 Type R

OHHH YEHHH BABY I have it too :headbang: Over here at the dealership last minute for inspection. Car is bonestock.
  17. Valve cover gasket leaking on '17 Type R

Wow how did I just find this thread? Too bad I didn't drive my CTR to work today. I'll have to check this out when I get home.
  18. Honda’s Oil Dilution Issue

 I love the guy's accent when he's voicing the concerned user. Love the Aussies. I play PC games with them hehe. But an otherwise good and informative video :headbang:
  19. Honda’s Oil Dilution Issue

Usually not sitting too long idling will help reduce oil/fuel dilution. Just idling there with a DI engine on a cold start is brutal(probably on a warm operating temp engine too). I do take off after maybe several seconds from firing up the car. Get that combustion going and combust every...
