Is it possible to replace the instrument cluster in an LX with one from the Si or higher trims that have the extra features?

They had an Si I really liked but my wife didn't like how loud the exhaust was. I asked the salesguy and he said it was factory though it sounded aftermarket to me. That and it was listed for $21.5 before TTL.

Just purchased a 2017 LX and one thing I don't like are the steel wheels with the OEM wheel covers. These are 16" I believe and I'm curious if Honda has OEM alloy wheels in the same size? All I can find are 17 and 18". If I go up to the 17" will I need to get the speedometer re-calibrated?
