Has anyone seen the correct injectors used in stock anywhere recently? Fk8td reached out to me to let me know they are backordered no ETA, but hopefully I can find them somewhere.

Thats great! I do agree with Drob, it being the best solution to fueling issues.
  4. Vargas Turbo journey and review/results

No not yet, but I am not surprised at all considering how much of a limiting factor fueling is, injectors etc help a bit but adding port injection (with non-hondata aftermarket cams) is probably the only way to really be able to get enough fueling and the most out of aftermarket cams. Ill try...
  5. ACT clutch longevity? Worried for track day

The ACT street kit is built to support more torque than your tune produces by a large amount, unless you botch shifting and ruin it on your own you shouldn't worry about it. (keep in mind the torque capacity they list is also underrated slightly)

Will do for sure. Either way when everything is done we still need to figure out at least one upstate NY meet up lol

Update for anyone following this: Called the shop yesterday to confirm the estimated work dates and asked for an estimate on the work. Once I hear back from them I will pull the trigger and order the TSP shortblock, so hopefully the next part of the adventure should start around the end of...

For sure, even driving a slow car fast on a track is fun, and since the car is light the power makes a big difference. At this point i'm just going this far fun. I haven't seen much feedback anywhere on how much of a difference cams have made for people either (dyno results) so like with the GC...

Good stuff. The biggest reason i'm considering the change from GC to the GC+ is to make the most out of the cams/fueling upgrades. Even though my dyno sessions with the GC were limited by fueling there is no telling how much more you can get out of it

Sorry everyone I've been pretty busy and not checking in. As of right now I have a track event in August, but afterwards Cams, TSP block, Fueling and some other small goodies I have will be going in. I may even just switch up to the GC+ while I am at it but undecided.
  12. Sport-injected... Build Thread

Thanks Scott if you don't use both I will take either one. No big deal though, I am a few months away still from buying a nice toolchest for the garage.

  15. Fuel Pump recall

Good to know. As long as I can find the clips and a reference for making the pigtailsI should be good to go. I already have a dw300c in my pile of parts also, so my planned kit will include: 2.0t injectors dw300c in tank pump Modified hardline 2.0t fuel pump (I know it is the same shown by...

Opened the cams up for some photos, not sure what you can make of them but they are definitely high quality.
  18. The Tuned CivicX Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

UPDATE: Busy year for me but the car is still going strong, just hit 85,000 (83,000 tuned) miles this week. No changes to the car this year, next year I will start tracking the car. I have also been collecting the parts to push past the fueling limits and really see how much I can get out of...

  20. Vargas Turbo journey and review/results

I actually already have the dc300w fuel pump in my stock of parts so I would have to find someone to buy it if i did buy a kit. Any chance the guy you know likes sharing his knowledge? I could do them myself if I had any direction, otherwise I was going to play it safe so I can blame someone...
