I couldn't find a value for an Si with the performance suspension option, but I asked 23-24K and they offered 22K. I'm not sure about the 2019 CTR. The new ones have improvements in cooling and handling. Is cooling on the 2019 that much of a problem?
My dealer had a $10K dealer add on a black 2019 Type R sitting in his showroom. I jokingly said we could start to talk a deal if he would tear up the dealer add-on sticker. Bottom line, they are offering me the car for no markup and $22,000 for my performance package optioned 2019 Civic Si...
Here are my final words (maybe) on this subject...
1) All this applies to the HFP package offered on the Civic Si.
2) "...the tires on our 2020 Honda Civic Si will be Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2." Direct quote from American Honda.
3) Tire Rack does have a few Toyo Proxes Sport T1s left...
I can only speak to what I see on American Honda's website and my own experience at my dealer. The website shows the HFP package as an option for 2019 and 2020. In July 2019 I bought a Civic Si from dealer inventory and ordered it delivered with the HFP package. Maybe the dealer ordered the...
Honda Canada, Honda Mexico, and American Honda are completely different branches of Honda. The Canadian Si does have Michelins. The US version does not.

Okay, I'm starting to feel like a complete idiot. Tire Rack has the correct Toyo tire for the US Civic Si HFP package. This tire is the Toyo 235/35xR19 Sport T1, and it is available for immediate shipping from Tire Rack. Why Discount Tire is unaware of the existence of this tire is a mystery...
This final word from American Honda...
Thank you for providing us with the requested information. Upon further review, our Honda Factory Performance Package for our 2019 Honda Civic Si Coupe comes with 19-inch Sport Summer Tires. There is no mention in regards to what specific brand or model of...
I am well aware of the gist of your first paragraph.
The vendor is Discount Tires. I tried my Honda dealer; no help. DT had to order the tire, and none were available. Good idea regarding Toyo. I will email them.
What irritates me is that the HFP package seems to come with Michelin tires...
The HFP package is indeed an option for 2019, and is listed as such on Honda's website. You may be right that it is not a 2019 option in Canada, but it is in the US. Thanks for your input.
Don :)
I later googled an article that suggested it is Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that come with the HFP package for the Civic Si.
Edit: I have contacted American Honda about this, and can't wait to read their reply if any.

That's very interesting. I'm getting that from the tires that are on my car after the package was installed. My HFP package came with 235/35x19 Toyo tires, not Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
Okay, I misunderstood your reply. You are addressing waterudoing, not me. I'd like to know where he...
Mine was dealer installed. It works, so they must have done a reasonably good job. Their tech guy seemed knowledgable regarding the package. There is a very perceptible difference between the Sport On/Sport Off setting. I didn't pay any installation fees.

I paid full retail for my HFP package, and recently found out the Toyo tires it comes with are discontinued. I picked up a screw near the sidewall, and went to Discount Tire to order a replacement. They couldn't find the exact same tire as on my car; the one I settled on has a different tread...
The 245 tire is, for me, a subtle cosmetic modification. I'm a 72 year young kid farkling my car. Wider tires are cool. I will take your advice, and gtman's, about the 30 profile tires. 245/35xR19 it will be. And thank you for your help and advice.
